What are the opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Can I buy from you in the webshop as private individual?

Yes, of course you can!

Are all products in stock?

Products marked with: '√ In stock' are in stock. Otherwise it may be an item that must be ordered specially. You can always contact us if you have any questions.

Do the products meet all requirements?

Thanks to our own in-house quality tests, our products meet the highest possible quality standards that are used worldwide.

When will the orders be shipped?

Every working day, the orders received by us are collected by the delivery service at 5 p.m. and brought to the location selected by you.

Something went wrong in my order, can I still adjust this after payment?

Unfortunately, it cannot be changed after payment of the order. We work with an automatic system.

How can I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer (MultiSafepay), Ideal, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa. When paying by bank transfer, you will receive the goods after we received the payment, this may take a few extra days. As long as no payment has been received we will not reserve any goods.

What are the warranty conditions?

You can find our warranty conditions on our site in the 'Terms and Conditions'.

Do you have an overview for the use of lifting straps and round slings?

If I want to lift just a bit more than indicated on lifting slings or round slings, can I still use it?

No that is not allowed. The maximum workload must never be exceeded.

Within how many days can items be returned?

You can return your item up to 5 business days after the shipping date. Items made to order especially for you cannot be returned (custom made).

I have a complaint, what should I do?

If you have a complaint, we are happy to find a suitable solution as soon as possible. Unfortunately, something something could have gone wrong. We ask you to contact our customer service directly with your complaint and order number. Our customer service will deal with your complaint as soon as possible.

When will I get my money back after returning my order?

Once we have received your shipment it will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive your payment the same way you paid, this can take up to 14 days.
