Shipping costs

Orders from €750 (excl. VAT) are shipped for free. For orders under €750 we calculate, depending on the size and weight, shipping costs per order.

Delay

Ordered before 12.00 hours, shipped within 3-5 business days. You can count on this. Unfortunately, some things can go wrong. As soon as we notice a failure in delivery, we will notify you. We will do everything to make sure you will receive your order as soon as possible, unless you have made other arrangements with our sales department.

Delivery area

We deliver as standard throughout the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Please contact us for the possibilities for delivery to other countries.

Return of goods

Are you not satisfied? Is something broken or incomplete? That's annoying. Of course, you can return your product.

Please contact our customer service.

Do you have warrantyorrepaircases? In this case also, please contact customer service. In agreement with our customer service, we will decide how the warranty and repair cases will be resolved or handled.

Return conditions

You can return your item up to 14 working days after the shipping date. Items made to order especially for you cannot be returned (customization). 

Please note that:

• the item is in the original packaging;
• packaging units are complete;
• the item is not damaged;
• the article has not been assembled;
• you have contacted our customer service.
